Q: Can i design my own cover artwork?
A: Our label has designed itself cover artwork. We also recommend using your artist hi-res image as the official cover artwork (Highly recommended 3000 x 3000 pixels). Be advised that your watermark, logo, credit and text are not allowed to use in the cover artwork.
Q: Can i suggest the official release date?
A: We setup the official release date following the label’s release schedule. Please let either of us know if there’s anything we can do for you to have something special.
Q: My release has already been submitted to the stores but There is a mistake in my alias or/and track name. How do i change it?
A: We can not change the release information. Until it’s actually available on stores. Please mail-to: email@example.com as soon as possible.
Q: How can i get my release featured on major stores?
A: The overall decision on which of these tracks get a feature is in the hands of genre managers at the retailers. If your release has great feedback and support from world renowned artists, great looking art work and is a big release in general then you get your release forward for feature consideration.
Q: How does the Top 100 charts work?
A: The Top 100 charts is based on daily sales and updates every hour actually. The algorithm is based on sales each day and per hour and it makes a calculation based on this which determines the chart position.
Q: How can i get my Spotify Artist Account verified?
A: Spotify artist verification to validate the accounts of key partners, brands and individuals that are of the most interest to our artists. Please go HERE to have your Spotify Artist account verified. Due to high demand, verification may take up to 6 weeks. Good luck!
Q: My release should be available on stores today but i can not find out the links to content. What’s wrong with my release?
A: Please check out the official release date to your release HERE. Some stores updates are a bit slow lately, you better go back and check it all again in the evening. Very rarely, the official release date might will be changed without prior notice. Please mail-to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: When will I receive my money/sales reports/royalties?
A: At first, please check the official release date. Do not send us a request to sales reports/statements any time period in-between.
