This Policy does not apply to third party websites, applications, or businesses to which we link or who may link to us. Applicable Club G Music agreements (“Agreement(s)”) govern delivery and use of Club G Music products and services, including any electronic data submitted thereto, or stored or processed thereby (“Customer Data”). As a result, this Policy does not apply to personal data stored or processed in or through Club G Music products or services. Club G Music has not sold any personal data to third parties for business or commercial purposes. Club G Music will not sell personal data in the future belonging to website visitors or users. If we can’t verify your identity, we may not be able to provide or delete your data. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
